Introduction
Billy lives in New York, on Long Island to be specific. He used to live in New York City but in 1979 he moved east to the suburbs. He went to school in Brooklyn (St. Francis Prep) and Queens (St. John's University). After college he joined the armed forces and served nearly 4 years in the Air Force. Since all good things must end, when his hitch was over he returned to New York and began to work in the banking indusry, first in Brooklyn, then Manhattan, and finally Long Island. It was while working on the Island that he learned that banking was not for him. So after a struggle, he changed careers and has been in law firm accounting since 1989. Because all work is no fun, Billy has found ways to keep himself amused. Since 1985 he has been a member of the local volunteer fire department. While he is not a super hero, he does feel good about helping others. While never a super jock in school, today he plays softball and basketball with his employer's teams, and also tries to collect ballparks by seeing baseball games in as many places as possible or at least taking pictures of the ballparks. Billy does have a family: one wife and one daughter. He got married in 1979 and became a dad for the first and only time in 1990.
